Can I edit my QR codes after creating them?
Yes! All QR codes are dynamic — you can change the destination URL, content, or settings anytime from your dashboard without reprinting the physical code.
How do I track QR code scans?
Visit the Analytics section in your dashboard. You'll see real-time data on scan count, locations (city and country), devices, browsers, and time patterns for each QR code.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Razorpay, including Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and UPI payments.
How does the free plan work?
The free plan lets you create dynamic QR codes with basic analytics. You can upgrade anytime to access more QR types, higher limits, and advanced features like smart routing and A/B testing.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Dashboard > Settings > Billing and click Cancel Subscription. Your QR codes will continue working until the end of your current billing period.
Can I use QR codes for my restaurant menu?
Yes! We have a built-in Menu QR type with a menu builder. Add categories, items, photos, prices, and dietary tags. Update your menu anytime from the dashboard.
How do I set a QR code to expire?
When creating or editing a QR code, enable the expiration option and set a date. After that date, scans will be redirected to a custom expired page or a URL you specify.
